Terms of Service

By requesting a commission, clients confirm to have read and agreed to these TOS.• I hold rights to all my artworks. I can post them on social media/portfolio, stream while drawing and profit from fanart it if I see fit.

- Commissions may be kept private for a fee.
- Clients may remain anonymous if requested.
- I won't profit from merch of artworks of original characters of the client.

• Clients can post/print/modify the artwork as long as it's for personal use; must be respectful to everyone when creating derivative works.• Commercial rights have to be purchased to sell the artwork for profit, this includes derivative works.• Layered source file may be given for a fee and has to be disclosed upfront. Late requests after work has begun will increase said fee.• I do not allow using my artwork for NFTs nor targeted AI training.• Only digital illustrations are provided, no physical objects are involved.• Visual references must be provided, otherwise there'll be a fee for designing.• Prices can increase depending on complexity.• I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission.

Payments

Standard method: Payment link. USD currency.
Not accepted: Checks.Work is only started after payment is confirmed.
A digital Invoice is provided.Payment plans:- Half payment (50/50). First payment to start "Phase 1: Sketch and planning". Second payment for "Phase 2: Delivery of finished artwork".If clients wish to support me with a tip, they can send it to my Ko-fi or through one of the payment link's tipping section.

Revisions

Sketching: Up to 2 revisions for changes.
Lineart: 1 revision for minor changes.- Extra changes will have an additional fee.
- Changes for mistakes have no fee.Due to the nature of "Surprise me" commissions, they won't get any revisions because the client grants the artist full creative freedom.During revisions a low quality image is provided with watermarks, when doing the final delivery, the full resolution image with no watermarks is sent.

Feedback policy

In the case no feedback is provided by the client, it will count as "delay by client". The active deadline will be pushed by the days of missing feedback.After 1 week of no feedback: the project will stay "on hold".
After 3 weeks: the slot is moved to the end of the queue and a new deadline will be determined.
After 45 days: The slot will marked as abandoned and placed in the back burner archive, staying there until the client contacts me back.

DEADLINES

The minimum deadline is 1 month after payment is confirmed.
Early deadlines will have an additional fee or may be rejected. This has to be disclosed from the beginning.

DELIVERY

Finished artworks are sent by email after it's confirmed it was fully paid.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be given through Wise/Paypal. Full refunds are provided when:- No work has started.
- Deadline wasn't met due to artist delay and client no longer wants the commission. Delays by the client won't count and instead push the active deadline.The following items are non-refundable:
- First half payment (Phase 1) after work has started.
- Second half payment (Phase 2) after the finished artwork is delivered.
- Tips made by the client.Transactional fees won't be covered in any refund.Chargebacks are not allowed, doing so is a serious breach to these TOS. The client will be blacklisted, they forfait any license they had of the commissioned artwork and a dispute will be started.
